Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying psychological, social, and cultural factors contributing to their challenges.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that align with assessed needs and client-preferred goals, ensuring a person-centered approach to care.

• Provide quality therapy through structured individual sessions and guided couples therapy, aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes and revisions of treatment plans, leveraging electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
