Project ExecutiveWe are partnering with a well-established construction firm expanding its leadership team in the Charlotte market. This company has a strong portfolio of commercial and wastewater projects and is seeking a Project Executive with a heavier emphasis on commercial construction experience to help lead and grow operations in the region.This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving project success, strengthening client relationships, and supporting long-term market growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight of multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead and mentor Project Managers and field leadership teamsOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountabilityStrengthen relationships with owners, developers, and key stakeholdersSupport business development efforts and strategic market expansion in CharlotteEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectationsDrive operational excellence and continuous improvement across teamsQualifications10+ years of progressive construction leadership experienceStrong background in commercial construction (office, retail, industrial, institutional, etc.)Experience overseeing multiple projects and large teamsProven ability to manage financial performance and client relationshipsStrong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skillsWhat's OfferedCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based bonuses401(k) with company matchFull health, vision, and dental coveragePTO and vacation packageVehicle or allowancesOpportunity to lead and grow a key regional market
