B2B Sales Representative
For 45 years, Sears Commercial has been an industry-leading provider of quality products, solutions, and services.
We are expanding our business reach and are looking to bring on board a 'hunter' - A polished communicator, influencer, and successful business development pro who is eager to grow with a blue-chip organization like Sears. This role is part account management, part building new business. But it is all about heart and dedication:
- You'll be trained in our practices then run your own show, and travel half of your time.
- You'll enjoy a base salary and lucrative back-end incentive structure.
- You'll be given a fertile territory to manage and cultivate.
- You'll be offered participation in our comprehensive benefits platform.
- You'll be given the management and operational support you need to be effective.
You'd bring the following credentials and competencies to the table:
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience managing a client portfolio with significant sales volume
- Superior prospecting, marketing, and account management abilities
- Familiarity with SalesForce
