MUST be a U.S. citizen. Active Notary Public commission or certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to clear a background check. Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. Professional, detail-oriented, honest, and calm under pressure.

A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around West Palm Beach, Florida.

$75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
