Position Summary

The Supply Chain Materials Handler – OR Support is responsible for supporting hospital Supply Chain operations by stocking, replenishing, organizing, receiving, and delivering supplies throughout assigned hospital and OR support areas.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and organize supplies throughout assigned hospital and OR support areas.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure materials are available where needed.
• Pick, transport, and deliver supplies to designated departments and supply locations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away materials.
• Support inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Identify low-stock items, discrepancies, or supply issues and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas.
• Follow hospital, department, safety, and infection-prevention procedures.
• Support additional Supply Chain and materials-handling needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory, supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, or retail/store stocking experience preferred.
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Basic inventory and stocking skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory or supply tracking.
• Ability to learn Supply Chain processes and department-specific systems.
• No high school diploma/GED required.
• No certifications required.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM .
• Must work 5 scheduled days per week .
• Must be open to working all days of the week .
• Rotating weekends and holidays required.
• Must be able to work onsite in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Must be able to safely move, organize, stock, and replenish supplies.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to the full 13-week assignment required.
