We are in search of an Executive Sous Chef who has a passion for creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency as well as managing a culinary team.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive culinary /kitchen management 
• Experience and desire to lead and mentor culinary professionals 
• Passion for training and development of others 
• Influential, team-oriented leadership style 
• Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation 
• Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands 
• Strong written and computer skills
