Your Mission

Ensure our Pressure products meet the highest standards by working shoulder-to-shoulder with production and operations, and by partnering with engineering and project management to solve quality challenges before they leave the plant.

Can you...

• Read, interpret, and apply the TPG Quality Manual, repair procedures, codes, specifications, drawings, and SOPs?
• Collect, prepare, process, and report material samples (weld coupons, concrete cylinders, cement-mortar lining) using hand/power tools and lab equipment?
• Proctor welder and welding-operator qualification testing and maintain thorough records and logs?
• Use micrometers, calipers, holiday detectors, and thickness gauges to perform in-process and final inspections?
• Execute, evaluate, and report inspections for BLE, SPP, and Fittings departments and qualified vendors (coating, concrete, dimensional, lining, loading, welding)?
• Conduct, assess, and document NDE/NDT and coordinate with outside exam vendors while overseeing their work?
• Lead internal audits independently and train less-experienced teammates as assigned?
• Own documentation: QA inspection/test reports; calibration, certification, and lab records; production record status and close-out; NCRs and nonconforming product logs?
• Maintain OJT records and pursue advanced certifications (ACI, AWS, NACE/SPCC, NDE/NDT)?

You’ll Stand Out If You Bring

• QA/QC or production experience in a related industry.
• Hands-on exposure to concrete, civil, coatings, welding, and/or NDE/NDT.
• Level I/equivalent training or certification (e.g., ACI Field Testing; MT, PT, RT, UT, VT per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or NAS 410; NACE/SPCC; API 510/570/577).
• Level II/equivalent preferred; AWS CWI (preferred) or CAWI.
• Education: HS diploma or GED; trade school in related technology; STEM AA/BS welcomed.
• Excel-centric Microsoft Office skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
