About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and planning necessary to support its significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for long-range corporate financial modeling, integrating various data and forecasts, and supporting the executive team in refining the company's shareholder value maximization strategy. This includes developing and maintaining financial scenarios that align with market and regulatory developments. The VP of Finance will also lead the FP&A function, oversee corporate forecasting, and capital planning, and play a key role in M&A evaluation and strategic decision-making. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master's in Finance preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years' in a leadership role. A strong background in FP&A, project finance, M&A valuation, and capital planning is essential, with direct experience in biogas or renewable energy being a significant advantage. The role requires advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities, as well as the proven ability to lead high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as the VP of Finance will be interacting with executives, board members, and investors.
