About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations, franchising, and growth-oriented financial leadership. Key responsibilities for this role include developing and executing the company's financial strategy, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making, and leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and modeling. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, from cash flow and capital structure to financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and all financial regulations. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or franchising industries, is required. The role demands a deep understanding of restaurant P&Ls, unit-level economics, and franchise financial models, as well as experience in leading FP&A, capital allocation, and financial strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, be adept at mentoring and developing financial talent, and have hands-on experience with financial systems, ERP software, and data analytics.
