We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities on a utility-scale solar project. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, crews, safety, schedule, and quality to ensure the project is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage daily onsite construction activities and field operations.
\n
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and craft labor.
\n
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
\n
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
\n
• Monitor manpower, productivity, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
\n
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.
\n
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
\n
• Partner closely with the Project Manager, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams.
\n
• Enforce all site safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5+ years of construction experience, with utility-scale solar experience strongly preferred .
\n
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
\n
• Strong understanding of solar construction processes and sequencing.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large field crews.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• OSHA 30 preferred.
\n
• Ability to work onsite and travel as required.
\n
