Occupational Therapist

We are seeking two occupational therapists (OTs) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a consistent schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to work across multiple school sites within a close geographic area.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (all sites within 15 minutes of district office)

Start Date: July 21, 2026

Contract Length: 36 weeks

Hours: 40 hours per week

Interview: Virtual (references required after initial interview)

Compensation:

+ Local: $63 per hour

+ Travel: Weekly take-home approx. $2,500 (includes housing and meals)

Position Overview

The occupational therapist will provide evaluation, treatment, and documentation of therapy services for students in a school setting. The role focuses on supporting students' functional, developmental, and educational needs in alignment with individualized plans.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct student evaluations and assessments

+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

+ Provide direct therapy services to students

+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

+ Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

+ Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and district regulations

Requirements

+ Active occupational therapist license in the state of practice

+ Previous school or pediatric experience preferred

+ Strong collaboration and organizational skills

+ Must meet all compliance and health requirements
