Sales Finance Manager

Role Description The Sales Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Elkton, MD. This position is responsible for managing the dealership’s financing and sales processes, including structuring deals, securing approvals, and presenting financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and compliant manner. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing credit applications, coordinating with lenders, reviewing sales contracts, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Sales Finance Manager collaborates closely with the sales team to maximize profitability, maintain customer satisfaction, and meet sales and finance performance targets. The role also involves monitoring compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements, and providing guidance to team members on finance-related procedures. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Finance and Finance skills to structure deals, manage lender relationships, and optimize profitability. Candidates should possess Financial Planning and Business Planning skills to forecast results, support budgeting, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support data-driven decision-making. Relevant experience in automotive finance, banking, or dealership F&I is highly beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential. Ability to work on-site in Elkton, MD, and collaborate effectively with sales and management teams.
