AR Supervisor

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in the Biltmore area that is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This is a direct hire, fully onsite opportunity offering up to $80,000 annually. We are seeking an experienced AR professional with a strong background in collections, cash applications, and team leadership who can drive process improvements and help optimize cash flow. Responsibilities: Supervise and support the Accounts Receivable team Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances Review AR aging reports and help reduce past-due accounts Work with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues Oversee cash applications and ensure payments are posted accurately Maintain and enforce credit and collection procedures Prepare AR reports and track key metrics Identify and implement process improvements within the AR department Requirements: 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience 2+ years of supervisory, lead, or management experience within AR Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
