Case Manager: Housing Stability & Crisis Support

Shelter House is seeking a Kennedy Shelter Case Manager to provide dedicated case management for single clients at Kennedy Emergency Shelter in the Ft. Belvoir area. You will assist clients with housing stability, access to services, and developing individualized plans using trauma-informed, housing-first approaches. Responsibilities include conducting strengths-based assessments, coordinating services (employment, housing, finances, mental health), and maintaining thorough records. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shelter House
