We are committed to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions backed by excellent workmanship and dependable customer service.We are a family-owned and operated company made up of a friendly, energetic team of professionals who genuinely enjoy helping our customers.Benefits - Full-Time EmployeesHealth insurance with 100% of the employee premium covered40 hours of paid time off (PTO)Up to 48 hours of paid sick leave annually401(k) plan with a 3% company match6 paid holidaysCompany-provided clothingResponsibilities include:Answer and respond to incoming customer callsCoordinate and maintain daily schedules for service techniciansEfficiently dispatch technicians to residential service appointmentsCommunicate appointment details and updates with homeowners and field techniciansSchedule recurring and annual HVAC maintenanceTrack equipment warranties, rebates, and related documentationPerform accurate data entry and maintain organized recordsKeep the maintenance agreement database currentUpdate customer account information in FieldEdge, our CRM systemMaintain clear, professional communication with department managers, employees, technicians, and customersHelp ensure the service department stays organized and appointments run smoothlyQualifications: At least 2 years of customer service and scheduling experiencePrevious HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home-service industry experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExperience working with CRM or customer databasesFieldEdge or ServiceTitan experience is preferredExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesFamiliarity with the Denver service area and/or strong map-reading skillsClear, professional verbal and written communicationHigh school diploma or equivalentIf you're organized, personable, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and enjoy helping customers, we'd love to hear from you.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
