Job DetailsJob Location: MD Salisbury - Salisbury, MD 21804Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 HourlyJob Category: Installation - Maint - RepairDescription Field Service Technician Carlton Industrial Solutions is looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to keep customers' industrial weighing equipment running safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll be the person customers count on when something needs fixing, calibrating, or installing-and the one who helps them avoid costly downtime. This is more than a repair job. You'll build real relationships with customers, work independently in the field, and play a direct role in keeping their operations safe and productive. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation on industrial weighing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete service calls safely and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers on what you find and what's next Document your work (service notes, time, and results) Identify and address safety risks on job sites Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Support team and customer needs as they come up Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed Perks & Benefits Company service vehicle Boot and tool allowances Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and career development Work Environment Travel up to 25% across CIS territories (may vary based on business needs) Lift/move equipment (50–100 lb.)
