The Construction Coordinator oversees and ensures the successful installation of equipment and components for designated projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that contractors adhere to contracts, specifications, and schedules and that the project's objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Coordinate the installation of equipment and components for projects, ensuring adherence to approved contracts and specifications. Act as a liaison between the project management team and contractors, ensuring contractors uphold their responsibilities and maintain the expected standards. Provide regular updates on project inspections, subcontractor performance, progress, and any potential delays to the project management team. Identify and address on-site issues promptly to ensure the project remains on schedule. Collaborate with various teams to devise solutions to any challenges that arise. Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and teams to ensure coordinated and successful execution of construction projects. Engage in continuous process improvements, suggesting enhancements in tools and techniques related to construction coordination. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of related experience in construction coordination or project management. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison and reporting. Proven ability to address and resolve project challenges and obstacles. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Ensure that project details are executed accurately and efficiently.
