Optometrist Full-timeMedford, ORPay Range: $140,000 - $165,000Position OverviewSowash Practices is seeking skilled and patient-focused optometrists to provide comprehensive eye care services, including vision exams, diagnosis, and treatment of ocular conditions. Ideal candidates are committed to delivering high-quality care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive eye exams and vision testsDiagnose and manage ocular diseasesPrescribe corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lensesProvide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing refractive surgeryEducate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EHRCollaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals as neededStay current with advancements in optometry and participate in continuing educationQualificationsDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institutionActive state optometry license in good standingStrong clinical and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & BenefitsWe are committed to supporting our doctors' long-term growth and success.
