HR Shared Services Specialist

Role Description

Serve as a strategic escalation point between Global Shared Services (GSS) and Centers of Excellence (COEs). This role is responsible for resolving complex HR issues with a balanced approach of technical expertise, process insight, and empathetic service. As a subject matter expert, the T3 Specialist provides advanced troubleshooting, clear guidance on best practices, and ensures timely, accurate resolutions that enhance the employee experience across all levels of the organization—from GSS to resort Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs).

In addition to issue resolution, the T3 Specialist proactively identifies knowledge gaps, streamlines workflows, and contributes to the development of scalable solutions that improve HR services from Genpact to the resorts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar years of working experience preferred
• 3-5 years in a high-volume HR Shared Services environment
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow (preferred but not required)
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage escalations effectively
