Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV! We are seeking an experienced warehouse leader for a leading engineering and manufacturing company specializing in product design, contract manufacturing, logistics, and production solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience overseeing warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and distribution activities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining operational efficiency while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff.

• Stage, prepare, and organize materials for outgoing shipments.

• Coordinate and track shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight carriers.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

• Load and unload trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Complete deliveries throughout the Las Vegas area using a 26-foot box truck.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Generate reports and provide operational updates to management.

• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups.

• Assist with light assembly, special projects, and other warehouse-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, distribution, or inventory management experience.

• Previous lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience required.

• Experience operating sit-down propane forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.

• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight systems preferred.

• Valid driver's license with experience operating a 26-foot box truck.

• CDL preferred but not required.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with warehouse software and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of the Las Vegas area.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Pay

$52,000 - $56,000 annually DOE

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
