Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Prior experience in school settings is highly preferred
• Competence in working with pediatric populations
• Skills in delivering speech services both in-person and via teletherapy
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student needs
• Provide direct therapy services within school-based and teletherapy sessions
• Track student progress and document therapy activities according to school/district guidelines
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate and support teaching staff and families on speech and language development
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, district, and professional standards
