As a Professional Services Consultant, you are the critical link between our cutting‑edge technology and the real‑world financial goals of our global clients. You aren't just implementing a platform; you are a digital architect and a trusted advisor. Your mission is to deeply understand a client's unique business environment, prescribe industry best practices, and architect a configuration that transforms their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements Solution Architecture: Design and document the “To‑Be” state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands‑on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision Enablement & Training: Facilitate high‑impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 3+ years experience in client‑facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask “why,” challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs Communication Skills: experience translating “tech‑speak” into “CFO‑speak,” making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance – comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk BENEFITS: Competitive salary, bonuses, and equity Competitive benefits that cover physical and mental healthcare, retirement, family forming, and family support Employee giving match Mobile phone stipend R&R days so you can rest and recharge Generous wellness reimbursement and weekly onsite & virtual programming Generous vacation policy – work with your manager to take time off when you need it Industry‑leading parental leave policies.
