Step into an impactful role supporting elementary students as an onsite Occupational Therapist covering a maternity leave from August 31, 2026, through April 2, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist license (active or eligible)
• Experience delivering OT services in a school-based setting, ideally at the elementary level
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Compassionate, organized, and adaptable to changing student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary-aged students, implementing evidence-based strategies
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ functional and academic needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
• Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and family members to support classroom success
• Adapt to various teaching styles and support diverse student populations
