Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a broad range of tax engagements, including:
• High Net Worth Individuals (1040)
• Partnerships
• S Corporations
• C Corporations
• Nonprofits
• Serve as a strategic advisor on complex tax matters, with a particular focus on flow-through entities and multi-entity structures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.

Work across a diverse client base spanning:

• Construction
• Manufacturing & Distribution
• Retail
• Consumer Products

Preferred experience includes:

• Startup and emerging growth companies
• 1031 Exchanges
• Equity and stock-based compensation planning
• Complex tax planning and consulting engagements

Compensation

• Base Salary: $300,000 - $400,000+ (commensurate with experience)
