The facilities are committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Director to join the team and drive census growth across our nursing homes in the Buffalo area. Job Description Seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Marketing Director to oversee the marketing and census development efforts for our nursing homes in the Buffalo area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, with established relationships with hospitals and a proven track record of successfully growing census. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase census and occupancy rates across multiple nursing homes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and admissions. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with facility administrators and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs. Provide leadership and support to local marketing teams to achieve targeted census goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the long-term care or nursing home industry. Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive census growth. Strong network of relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and referral sources in the Buffalo area. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed.
