Service Advisor Position

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Clarksville, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our automotive service team, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will assist customers with service inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate repair schedules to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and ascertain their automotive service needs.
Provide accurate estimates and explain services and repairs clearly.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service details.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Keep up-to-date with automotive products, services, and warranty information.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
