Digital Media Buyer

To support nonprofit clients, the full-time salaried Digital Media Buyer will execute and optimize digital media campaigns across social and search platforms, focusing on data analysis to enhance lead generation and revenue growth in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, display, native, and video advertising campaigns for assigned clients Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to ensure KPIs for revenue and donor acquisition are met Compile and present performance reports to clients while continuously researching new advertising trends and technologies Required qualifications 4+ years of direct, hands-on media buying experience in Facebook and Google ad buying platforms Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or communications Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics Experience with e-CRM platforms such as Blackbaud Convio/Luminate Online or similar Deep understanding of paid media strategies and nonprofit-specific experience is preferred
