Hotel Housekeeping Attendant / Room Inspector Position: Full-Time Hotel Housekeeping Attendant / Room Inspector Pay: $17.50-$18.50 We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our hotel team as Housekeeping Attendants and Room Inspectors. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and is committed to providing exceptional service to hotel guests. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred but not required. Please Note: Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required. Applicants without hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered. Responsibilities Housekeeping Attendant Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Change bed linens and replenish towels and guest amenities. Vacuum, dust, mop, and disinfect assigned areas. Report maintenance issues or damaged property promptly. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and supply inventory. Room Inspector Inspect guest rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure hotel quality standards are met. Verify rooms are fully stocked with required amenities and supplies. Identify and communicate any cleaning deficiencies before rooms are released for guest occupancy. Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are guest-ready. Maintain accurate inspection records and assist with daily room readiness. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required. Candidates without hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered. Previous room inspection or housekeeping supervisory experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
