• Willing to wait for license

• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• 5 consults & 8 follow-ups during weekdays, 6 - 7 new consults & 9 follow-ups during weekends
• Adult GI, adult hepatitis, upper GI endo with foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
