Customer Solutions Representative
The Customer Solution Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate delivery through effective coordination across internal teams, customers, brokers, and third-party logistics providers. This role requires strong interest in learning and developing knowledge in supply chain operations, problem-solving skills, and the ability to proactively manage order exceptions to support on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance. The position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting overall company operational goals.
Essential Functions
- Manage customer orders and reporting within the SAP system and various third-party vendors and customer portals.
- Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and correct customer information.
- Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process to ensure on-time and in-full delivery.
- Track, identify, and communicate order exceptions or delays as they arise.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory, or logistics issues to minimize service disruptions.
- Verify inventory availability and coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments, customers, and external partners regarding shipment updates or potential delays.
- Collaborate with the sales team, logistics brokers, and customer buyers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to manage transportation and delivery scheduling.
- Address customer concerns or complaints and work toward timely, effective solutions.
- Analyze supply chain or logistics challenges and recommend improvements when possible.
- Work independently while maintaining high productivity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Advocate for the needs of the customer while supporting the operational goals and priorities of AriZona.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
