Complete general pest inspections. Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirement. Attend product training sessions and meetings. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers. Who You Are Excellent customer service skills Exceptional written and verbal communications Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred) Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred) A self‑motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win Experience with and examples of problem‑solving in a work environment The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer‑focused (i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business) A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred) Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience Who We Are For over three decades, Northwest Exterminating (an Anticimex company) has experienced success and growth in providing pest control services to our friends, families, neighbors, and business partners.
