Quality Control Analyst - HPLC & GMP Lab Ops

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the analytical laboratory, including staff supervision, workflow management, and equipment oversight. Direct the preparation and confirmatory analysis of biological specimens using HPLC in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure timely, accurate result certification and adherence to quality and turnaround time expectations. Manage laboratory inventory, allocate analytical resources, and respond to fluctuations in workload. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes. Participate in internal and external audits, serving as a technical resource for inspections and process reviews. Skills Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field 2-6 years of laboratory experience in a professional setting. Proficiency in sample preparation and HPLC instrumentation and methodologies. Familiarity with GMP and Quality Control requirements. Ability to enforce compliance and maintain a high standard of laboratory operations and documentation.
