Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and interviews for new clients to establish their needs and therapeutic goals.

• Prepare and maintain detailed records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and summaries for clients as mandated by state regulations.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions—individual, group, and family therapy—tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Department to coordinate special programs and community resources aimed at promoting preventive mental health services.

• Stay informed about LMFT certification requirements and supervision guidelines to ensure compliance with state and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon, with up-to-date knowledge of regulations and best practices in the field.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in delivering mental health services, particularly in crisis management scenarios.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients and collaboration with team members.

• A strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
