INTL: EU & IN - Yardi Systems Administrator (P5)

Day to Day:
• Serve as a Level 4 escalation point for complex Yardi-related issues
• Support high-level troubleshooting (issues may take hours, days, or weeks to resolve)
• Monitor and manage escalated tickets (10-15/week, lower volume but high complexity)
• Work on:
o Bank/file feeds (ex: positive pay, integrations)
o Vendor/system integrations within Yardi
o Security/permissions analysis and configuration
o Audit requests (logs, controls, data validation)
• Act as a Yardi system administrator:
o Implement high-level configuration changes
o Make judgment calls on technical feasibility
• Collaborate with:
o Level 2 support teams
o Business analysts + development teams
o Business stakeholders across varying technical skill levels

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Solutions Architect for a top commercial real estate services organization. This individual will act as a high-level escalation point and system administrator for Yardi, supporting complex technical and functional issues across a growing platform.

This role will focus on troubleshooting high-impact issues, supporting integrations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and scalability of the Yardi environment. The ideal candidate has strong Yardi experience, a flexible mindset, and the ability to navigate both technical and business conversations while working independently in a fast-evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Yardi experience (REQUIRED - non-negotiable)
• 5+ years of experience in systems support, solutions architecture, or related
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Experience working with databases (SQL preferred)
• Ability to work independently and handle complex issues with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills (ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Yardi technical expertise (database/schema knowledge, backend troubleshooting)
• Experience with ERP platforms or real estate systems
• Experience supporting system integrations, feeds, or configurations
• Background in audit support, security/permissions, or data validation
• Exposure to SaaS platforms (beyond Yardi)
