Operations Analyst

Job Description Manages and directs the daily activities of multiple operations functions. Makes recommendations to improve the productivity, quality, and efficient delivery of products and services. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Job Grade 4 Job Tier 3 Career Area Logistics Supervisor No Job Qualifications Five years of supply chain management experience which includes at least two years of logistics/transportation experience. Or Bachelor's degree and three years of supply chain management experience which includes at least one year of logistics/transportation experience. Or Completion of Logistics College Trainee Program with two years of logistics management experience. Degree (one Of) BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one Of) BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT - Preferred Additional Qualifications/Requirements PCS/LSP is not authorized Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas or other Exchange Location) Salary Minimum $72,064.00 Major Duties Manages and directs daily activities of multiple operations functions. Makes recommendations to improve productivity and quality of product. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Establishes and refines procedures by working with internal and external sources to logistics. Implements plans, policies, and procedures for use in all logistics operations to include receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory control. Performs other duties as assigned.
