Job Description
Wood-Link is seeking dedicated Fence Installers to join our team. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal equipment including work boots and a tool belt. Fence Installers must be willing to work in various weather conditions and show a strong work ethic. While experience is preferred, we provide training to motivated individuals. Our hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, with earlier shifts on hot days. Enjoy competitive pay with opportunities for raises based on performance, occasional overtime, and prevailing wage projects. You will be working in small teams and report directly to the site manager.
Responsibilities
- Install fences efficiently and accurately according to project specifications
- Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly
- Work collaboratively within small teams on various job sites
- Adapt to different weather conditions while maintaining productivity
- Follow construction safety protocols and company policies
- Report progress and issues directly to the site manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in fence installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of fence installation techniques
- Understanding of construction safety standards
- Ability to maintain tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor
- Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing work conditions
