Commerce is seeking a skilled Zendesk Administrator to own the Zendesk platform, its Amazon Connect integration, and Zendesk AI agents. You will configure workflows, maintain governance, and partner with Support, IT, and Operations to improve customer service efficiency in a hybrid Austin environment.
