WEEKLY PAY!Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Associate performs hands-on manufacturing activities, focusing on the production, assembly, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of cable and connector products to ensure they meet customer requirements. This role converts raw materials into finished products, builds simple point-to-point cables following detailed drawings and instructions, and uses basic hand tools, measurement tools, and computer systems to support a high level of quality, productivity, and accuracy in a modern manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble cables and connectors to meet specifications and quality standardsRead and follow job orders, drawings, and work instructionsPerform in-process inspections and basic testing to ensure quality and functionalityUse computers to access documents and complete accurate data entryOperate hand tools and measurement equipment during assembly and inspectionPerform soldering, troubleshooting, and basic repairs as neededComplete production documentation accurately and on timeSupport multiple manufacturing areas, including assembly and platingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production and quality goalsEssential Skills4–5+ years of manufacturing or assembly experienceAbility to read drawings, job orders, and work instructionsProficient with hand tools, measurement tools, and microscopesExperience with soldering, testing, and troubleshooting assembliesStrong computer skills for data entry and document accessHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to cross-train and work effectively in a production environmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with cable testing and troubleshooting is a plusExposure to production equipment and plating processes is beneficialExperience with microscopes or advanced inspection tools preferredSoldering certification is a plus, but not requiredReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as neededWhy Work Here?You will join a stable, growing organization with a long history of success and recent record-breaking performance. Team-oriented environment with opportunities for cross-training. Overtime available, and adherence to attendance and safety standards is expected. First shift hours are 6:30-3pm, and second shift is from 2:45pm-11pm. Pay is typically around $24/hour, but can go up to $28 depending on qualifications!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
