Project Development Coordinator

Practice Development Coordinator – Chicago (Hybrid) Our client, a leading national law firm is seeking a Practice Development Coordinator to join its Chicago office. This role supports firmwide marketing, business development, and practice group initiatives, and is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with marketing and business development initiatives across multiple practice groups Support proposal development, pitches, and related marketing collateral Coordinate research efforts using industry tools and databases Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and high-quality deliverables Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: 2+ years of marketing, proposal, or business development experience (legal or professional services preferred) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple priorities Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, InTapp, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters Monitor Suite is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Compensation & Schedule: Salary range: $60K–$70K Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (Chicago office) Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative, Business Development, and Marketing Industries: Legal Services Benefits 401(k) Vision insurance Medical insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr SourceLab Search
