Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Location: Janesville, WI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Setting: Skilled Nursing (SNF)

Requirements:
✅ Active Wisconsin RN License
✅ BLS/CPR Certification
✅ Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
✅ EPIC experience preferred
✅ 3+ year of RN experienced required.

Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation
• Support patient safety and quality care initiatives

Additional Details:
Every 3rd weekend required
Holiday rotation required
Traveler may float to other inpatient units based on census
