Paralegal Position at Clyde & CoClyde & Co is seeking an experienced paralegal with 3+ years of experience. The opportunity is suited to someone who thrives within a busy, stimulating and fast-paced team environment.ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintain a busy caseloadDraft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of casesAssisting in document review, organization and production and prepare privilege logsAssisting with depositions, exhibit preparation and digesting deposition transcriptsGeneral case maintenance (organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, etc.)Reviewing court dockets and electronic filing notifications; Assist counsel with all phases of litigation (pre-trial, trial and post-trial)Preparation of pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, trial lists, and other litigation documentsIntake and organization of voluminous document production received from clients, opposing parties, and non-partiesRequired QualificationsLitigation experience is preferred for this positionExcellent written and communication skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailFamiliarity with Court websites and efiling proceduresWell-developed organization and time management skillsAbility to handle highly sensitive informationAbility to gracefully work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and adapts well to changes in workloadStrong academic credentialsWilling and able to learn new softwareIntellectual curiosityWhy Join Us?At Clyde & Co, we believe in supporting your professional growth while ensuring you have the flexibility and benefits you need to thrive.
