Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to shape the performance and results of our dedicated team. $65,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire our sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow for all team members.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve company targets.
• Provide mentorship and training to agents, empowering them to reach their full potential.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align team goals with company objectives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for success.

Qualifications:

Required

• Active Massachusetts real estate salesperson or broker license (broker preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in residential real estate as a producing agent, team leader, transaction coordinator, or in brokerage operations
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to a group

Preferred

• Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising agents
• Experience administering company policy or compliance standards
