Senior CRM Business Analyst

To support the Global Sales CRM and Marketing Systems, the remote full-time Senior CRM Business Analyst will manage the discovery, design, and implementation of Marketo functionality while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key responsibilities Document business needs and ROI for projects, producing detailed project briefs for stakeholder approval Convey business requirements to technical teams, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues Conduct initial system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm proper implementation of requirements Required qualifications Over 8 years of experience in Business Process Analysis with a focus on marketing automation implementation projects Thorough knowledge of marketing fundamentals and experience with cloud-based marketing platforms like Marketo Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
