Role Overview

Copado is redefining how enterprises deliver software in the age of AI. As we scale Agentia and move toward a consumption-based model, customer adoption, advocacy, and proof are critical to our growth.

The Customer Marketing Manager will play a key role in building and scaling Copado's Customer Growth Engine-driving adoption, expansion, and customer advocacy across the lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, ensuring our customers not only succeed, but become our strongest proof in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing

• Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs across Onboarding , Adoption , and Expansion .
• Partner with Customer Success to drive product usage and engagement.
• Support consumption growth across the delivery lifecycle.

Customer Campaigns (Including 90/6 Program)

• Own marketing execution of key customer initiatives, including the 90/6 upgrade campaign (in partnership with Customer Success), feature adoption campaigns, and release awareness and enablement.
• Goal: Drive customers to the latest versions, increase usage, and unlock value.

Customer Storytelling & Content

• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Events to help coordinate, identify, and develop compelling customer-centric narratives aligned to:
• • The Agentia platform
  • Key use cases
  • Industry solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with key partners across Customer Success (primary partner), Product Marketing, Product, Advocacy, Demand Generation, and Sales.
• Ensure tight alignment between customer outcomes, marketing messaging, and revenue goals.

Customer Insights & Feedback Loop

• Capture customer insights and feedback to share learnings across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Help shape messaging, product roadmaps, and GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8+ years in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Success Marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Core Skills: Background in customer advocacy and storytelling, with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling stories, manage multiple stakeholders, and execute programs end-to-end.

• Customer adoption and engagement metrics
• Expansion and upsell influence
• Number of customer stories and references
• Number of customer story opportunities identified and delivered to Advocacy Marketing
• Contribution to pipeline (via advocacy)
• 90/6 campaign performance (upgrade rates)
