Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and increase profitability. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management. Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
