Manager of Identity Management Salary Range: 157,291.00 - 172,425.00 Closing Date: 9/4/2026 Job Summary: The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)provides operations support services and business solutions to the community of10,000 House Members, Officers and staff. The CAO organization comprises morethan 800 technical and administrative staff working in a variety of areas,including information technology, finance, budget management, human resources,payroll, child care, food and vending, procurement, logistics andadministrative counsel. This position is located in the Identity Governanceand Administration (IG&A) Directorate, Office of Cybersecurity (OCS), HouseInformation Resources (HIR). The purpose of the IG&A Directorate is toprovide policy, processes, and technology related to the authentication,authorization, provisioning, management, and oversight of identity and useraccess. This position serves as the Manager of Identity Management. Key duties include managing daily and monthlyoperational aspects of the Identity Hub, identity related user account updates,analyzing data, and generating identity data and reports to provide key pointsof contact across the House community, including for other solutions.Responsibilities include supporting IG&A solutions such as Microsoft 365,Active Directory, Okta, and the Identity Hub in BMC Helix. The position has supervisory/managerialresponsibilities. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Manages andmonitors daily and monthly operational aspects of the Identity Hub includingsynchronization with other solutions. Supportsmaintenance, operations, and development of identity solutions Performsanalysis and reporting functions related to identity and access management. Providesidentity data and reports to entities throughout the House related to identitymanagement solutions and Active Directory UpdatesHouse network accounts so they are appropriately mapped to identities. SupportsHouse entities with the use of identity solutions. Interactswith entities throughout the House to confirm identity information especiallyrelated to House network accounts and user access. Performsother official duties and special projects assigned. Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years ofrelated experience. Knowledge and experience with identity managementsolutions, including Active Directory Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and inwriting, with senior staff, information systems professionals, andnon-technical users. Ability to perform data analysis and communicateresults. Ability to produce robust reports based on userrequirements and data architecture. Knowledge of all phases of application development Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with identity management technologies suchas Okta or BMC Helix preferred. Relevant technical, software, or project managementcertifications preferred.
