It is a great fit for someone who is motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow their skills in both purchasing and sales.What You'll DoResponsible for all faces of acquiring used-RV inventory through direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenuesAppraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and insures processing of all purchasesResponsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning processGenerate leads and create sales appointments by researching the available used RV marketProvide an exceptional customer purchasing experienceUnderstand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas.Develop effective working relationships with the all purchasing venues to accelerate the placement of ideal inventory in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.Effectively utilize lead management tools.Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentationRequired to be the expert in matters related to purchasing, shipping, selling and stocking vehiclesWhat You'll BringNo prior experience required - we love to train and coach individuals who are eager to learn and hungry to succeed!Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $80,000 - $125,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) and Bonuses based on UnitsActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
