We are hiring a 2nd Shift Press Operator for a roll-forming manufacturing company in Pierceton. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule.

2nd shift Press Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.25 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )
- Operate industrial press equipment used in the roll-forming manufacturing process
- Load and position materials into press machinery
- Start, stop, and monitor equipment throughout the production process
- Follow work orders and production specifications
- Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as needed
- Inspect completed parts for proper dimensions, quality, and defects
- Use basic measuring tools to verify finished products
- Identify and report machine or quality issues
2nd shift Press Operator Qualifications:
- Able to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
- Previous machine operating experience required
- Press operating, roll forming, or metal manufacturing experience is a plus
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with industrial equipment
- Able to follow machine instructions and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable handling metal materials and performing repetitive production work
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
