Fitter Welder

We are looking for a focused, passionate Fitter Welder to join our team! Flexible hours & culture with great variety of work and growth opportunities. Overtime regularly available. This role will be highly flexible and focused on supporting the welding/fabrication department in a job shop environment. Position Responsibilities MIG welding/fit up on routine or new weldments Reading/interpret blueprints as needed to part features, dimensions, & tolerances Completing all inspection and quality processes as required per weldment/job Troubleshooting or making adjustments as needed per job Maintaining production and fit up rate/speed consistently across jobs or parts Performing routine daily cell & machine maintenance Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience Every year we evaluate and work improve the benefits we can offer our people.
