An established manufacturing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team in a highly visible, hands-on role. Key Responsibilities
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting critical accounting operations, including:

• Manage and execute daily invoicing activities
• Review invoicing procedures and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy
• Perform daily cash account reconciliations
• Complete monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts using Excel
• Extract, organize, and analyze financial data from ERP and banking platforms
• Prepare reports and supporting schedules for accounting and financial reporting purposes
• Serve as a backup resource for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Assist with invoice entry, payment application processing, and related accounting activities
• Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve accounting processes

Qualifications Required Experience

• Previous experience using Sage 100 in an accounting environment
• Proven experience with high-volume invoicing processes
• Strong account reconciliation experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot tables
  • Data manipulation and analysis
  • Large data set management
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
